The customer is solely responsible for the use of the copyright in these source materials. We, in turn, do not claim authorship over your photographs, from which we write portraits and paintings. Signature of the artist on the portrait - only at the request of the customer. Before starting work, an advance on materials is taken. Advance is not refundable.
